Essendon Home

This family home brings lighting, access, security and music together across indoor spaces, the pool and outdoor entertaining areas.

A complete C-Bus lighting system works with integrated Control4 automation, connecting the home's lighting with its wider technology setup.

Access control covers multiple entry doors. Extensive perimeter alarms and CCTV add active deterrence and notifications around the property.

The audio system carries music through the family spaces and out to the pool and entertaining area.

The result is a home where everyday family use, security and outdoor entertaining are supported by connected systems.

This city home was set up for owners who love to entertain, including friends visiting for the football.

Integrated security protects the home while fitting into the way the owners host guests.

Remote access lets the owners welcome friends staying at the home, even when they are away.

Completed home project

NorthTech brought the main technology systems in this Mont Albert home together through Control4. It was our second project for the same owners.

Control4 brings together security, lighting and multi-room audio so the home's core systems work as part of one automation setup.

CCTV, intercom and access control are included alongside the home's other connected systems.

NorthTech continues to maintain the owners' previous home nearby for its new owners.

The owners chose NorthTech again for this home, while their earlier installation continues to receive support.
