Ness D8X

A smaller home or straightforward layout

The D8X has eight zones. NorthTech's current Ness starting package uses this panel, with motion detectors, a keypad and sirens as a planning starting point. The final detector positions and equipment are checked against the property.

Ness D16X

A home with more areas to protect

The D16X offers 16 zones, giving room to plan more doors, windows and movement detection. The number and type of detectors, communication method and installation work need a property-specific design.

A larger home or commercial property

The M1 can combine an intruder alarm with supported automation. NorthTech needs to check the security zones, controls and any intended links to other systems before setting the scope or price.

What goes into the Quote

A home with the same number of bedrooms can need a different alarm layout. We check:

Which rooms, doors, windows and outbuildings need coverage
Where detectors, keypads and internal and external sirens should go
How the alarm will report events, including any monitoring requirement
Cabling, access and installation work at the property
